1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated.

2. The Service

RosyBae is an interactive fiction game in which you exchange messages with AI-generated fictional characters. All characters, scenarios, and responses are fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. They are not real people and do not represent any real person, living or deceased.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate, request, or share sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors in any form — this is a hard, non-negotiable rule and violations will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Impersonate real people or use the Service to harass, defame, or dox anyone.
Attempt to bypass content safety measures, jailbreak the AI, or use the Service for illegal activity.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service.
Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes another person's rights.

5. Credits and Purchases

The Service uses in-app credits ("Credits") to unlock characters and start sessions. Credits are a limited, non-transferable license to use features of the Service. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All character responses are generated by third-party AI models. Output may be inaccurate, offensive, or unexpected. It is not advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, relationship, mental-health, or otherwise). Do not rely on the Service for real emotional support. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or an emergency helpline.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including characters, artwork, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it. You retain ownership of the text you type; by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process it as needed to operate the Service (including sending it to our AI provider).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email where possible.
